The cooling-off period is not a trial period. Returned items must remain unused and in their original condition with complete packaging.
Requests submitted after the cooling-off period will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for the following:
Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by human factors (unless defective)
Personal hygiene products once opened
Customized products or items marked as non-returnable on the product page
Requests submitted after the cooling-off period
4. Return-Only Policy
To provide faster and more accurate service, we only offer return services and do not provide exchanges.
If you need to change the size, color, or style, please complete a return first and place a new order separately.
5. Return Process

Receive and inspect returned items
Process refund upon confirmation
If the original order included discounts, promotions, or bundled offers, the refund amount will be recalculated based on the retained items after the return is completed.

Credit card refunds are subject to bank processing time

7. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs will be covered by the Company.
8. Important Notes
Returned items must be complete, including original packaging, tags, accessories, and gifts
The Company reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions
The Company reserves the final right of review and approval for all return requests
In cases of return abuse, fraudulent behavior, or abnormal transaction activity, the Company may refuse service or suspend account access

Returns & Exchanges
Refund Policy
-MATIN KIM only accepts returns, not exchanges. For size changes, please return the item and place a new order.
-We only accept returns for products purchased on this web site. We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for Matin Kim products purchased elsewhere.
-Items returned without prior approval will not be processed.
-Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. Damaged or incomplete items cannot be returned. Do not attach labels to the original packaging.
-For promotional items, all related products must be returned. Missing or damaged items cannot be refunded.
-Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for hair accessories, socks, or intimate apparel, except for defective or incorrect items.
-Please include the invoice with your return.
-Refunds will be processed after the returned items are inspected.
Exchange Policy
We do not facilitate exchanges; only returns are permitted. If you wish to exchange one or more items from your order, please return the items first and then place a new order for the desired products.
